- Functional bathroom including WC, sink and shower, specially designed for people with reduced mobility.
- The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances: oven, refrigerator, microwave, and extractor hood. You'll also find all the cooking utensils you need to prepare your meals independently.
- Dining area with a table and four chairs.
- Television corner with a convertible sofa, for moments of relaxation and conviviality.
Enjoy the Outdoors:
- Large terrace with garden furniture including a table and four chairs, ideal for dining outdoors or simply enjoying the sun.
